Astrogeddon – Fun Arcade Game for Windows
I don’t know why, but I’ve always had an affinity for shoot’em up arcade games that put you in control of a space ship and take you for a ride in outer space. Somehow blasting everything around me and keeping an eye out for enemies that want to hurt my spaceship has always appealed to me.
The ORT Software-developed Astrogeddon is just such a game – a fun, addictive asteroid-blasting arcade game that puts you in control of a space ship and sends you into outer space to blast everything in sight. Speaking of everything in sight, by playing this game you will encounter more than 20 types of enemy spacecrafts.
You will be able to play and enjoy this game for quite a while. Astrogeddon features a grand total of 100 levels which vary in difficulty. Going through all the 100 levels will take some time. As you pass from one level to another, you will have to fight stronger and stronger enemies. There are various powerups to make your task easier, powerups like cannon upgrades, guided and unguided missiles, starbursts and flamethrowers.
Before you go get Astrogeddon and put it to the test, take a look at the technical details presented below:
Download – the download weighs in at 9.9MB.
Supported OS – at the time of writing this and according to the developer, Astrogeddon provides support for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Limitations – limited number of levels in the trial version.
